Fabio, I actually draw on paper with pencil and scan it into the computer. From there I ink and color in Illustrator. Any Wacom that's a comfortable size for you is good enough to start. I had a tiny second hand beat up one for a while. Right now I'm using a Wacom Intuos 3.
